1) How do I determine my size?
The size of each product is mentioned in the description column of the product. 
You can always return the product if the size you selected does not fit you properly. You can review our returns policy here.
2) How long does it take for an order to be delivered to me?
We deliver most of our domestic orders within 7 business days from the order date, and international orders may take up to 15 business days.
3) Do we have a store?
Yes, we do have a store at Shroff Bazar, Bhuj, Gujarat. For location details, please check our Contact Us section.
4) How does the COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option work?
Cash on Delivery allows you to pay for your order with cash at the time of delivery. Hem Jewels offers a Cash on Delivery option for all orders up to INR 10,000. Please select the 'Cash On Delivery' option on the payment page.
5) How are orders on www.hemjewels.com delivered to me?
All orders placed on www.hemjewels.com are delivered through our partners such as TrackOn, Delhivery, DTDC etc. Speed Post is not used for delivery at Hem Jewels.

PAYMENTS
1) How can I pay for an order at www.hemjewels.com?
We support the following payment options at www.hemjewels.com:
• Cash On Delivery (Available only for orders up to INR 10,000)
• Credit Card/Debit Card/All international cards
• NEFT/Direct Deposit

2) What should I do if my payment fails?
Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing address, and passwords. If your payment still fails, please feel free to call us.

3) Can someone else receive my delivery?
Yes, they can. The delivery person will call you before the delivery to ensure the timing and your presence. You can instruct them on the details of the recipient of the courier.

CANCELLATIONS
What is the Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel an order until it has been processed/dispatched from our side by simply calling our customer care or writing to hemjewels@gmail.com. Generally, the dispatch happens the next day from the order date.
